Here’s a Tee and Hoodie I designed upon a suggestion recently using Black/White Vinyl on the corresponding garment colours and adding the accents with Spectrum Vinyl! Spectrum is a notoriously difficult vinyl to photograph with it’s light reflecting qualities so I hope I’ve done a good job here. Baseball Tee is shown above, and below is the Hoodie featuring a “#PoweredByPlants” back print. I also added something a bit personal which you can’t really see in the snaps 😉
Okay! So what’s been going on in my own world lately…?
I’ve recently got a new Job at a Print & Embroidery place which I’m running alongside a part time weekend Job at a Pub. Hallelujah and three cheers for getting back on my feet for the Flat ❤ (More on that later!)
A bunch of blanks I ordered last week came in after the Bank Holiday delay. You can’t imagine how excited I was to unwrap these babies and get cracking with them 😉 Two of them have already been printed up and I’m working on the third one as a present for someone!
I taught the S.O. how to Vinyl Print after he sent me a design last week, and I said “Yep! Make it with me” 🙂 So we did!
I gifted one to Shiloh Greaves as part of the Road Banter they were enjoying. Here he is modelling it 😀
Inspired, I’ve released a few new designs at the Shop with a Kitty Heart Print in Black, and popping a Glow in the Dark version on the darker colours:
Here’s one of my newest Pokemon Tee’s all laid out before he went to America with a big batch of goodies ❤ Royal Blue Tie Dye is currently my most popular Tee to print on and I’m over the moon with how he turned out!
Here is a Flareon Tee I recently made for a lady in America for her Son ❤
It’s the first Kid’s Tee I’ve done in Tye Dye so I had to adjust the proportions a bit. I’m over the moon with how it turned out even though it was a three colour print (Not six like Eevee in the previous post!) and sent her a bag of chocolate buttons along with the Tee to say Thank You for bearing with me whilst I made it perfect 😀
Donning my “Mad Science” blue labcoat – erractic and excited behaviour as standard – I had a first attempt at Tie-Dye yesterday with Dylon’s Flamingo Pink & Intense Violet, and was quite pleased with the result. Also found that bleaching a black shirt into a tie-dye pattern and attemting to dye the bleached bits DOES NOT WORK – will have to buy seperate black alongside another colour for these and good job I have a mighty stash of white Gidlan shirts that have been sitting around doing nothing until now. I used the “Spiral twist” for these and even though it’s not as prominent as it usually is, that was okay because it might have otherwise distracted from the front print I spent most of yesterday working on, when I wasn’t stirring my Cauldron in the Kitchen and cackling…
Super Insane happy proud of this one and made an XL for myself (Modelled below by Jennifer – poor lass, all she wants is a quiet night & a cuppa, and definately *NOT* me dragging her around and dressing her up!)
I nearly got emotional once they were both finished – who knew that a little lass from Wingate could make anything that looked *THIS* Good:
Both are up in the [ ETSY SHOP ] @ £14.99 each!
Can’t wait to experiment with Blues & greens and new silhouette plates for more Sea Life, but gotta drag my little cheeks over to Sukiwear for the rest of the evening on the new batch of orders 😉
★ OOAK Purple Butterfly Wing Long Sleeve Shirt Size 10
Fitted Long-sleeve featuring front tribal flame & star design in metallic purple and hot pink. Back features metallic purple Butterfly wings with matching hot pink accents. This was one of a few shirts I designed for a New Age shop that opened locally but sadly had to close before we were able to ofer our designs there.
★ OOAK Black Jellyfish & mirror bubbles white Long Sleeve Shirt size 8
White Ladies Long-sleeve featuring a lone black Jellyfish surrounded by silver mirrored bubbles. I have a stash of long-sleeves (Either really Small or really Large) left over in the Stock Cupboard from back in the day when ASDA used to supply them, and I’m planning on using up the last few ones I have left from the old pool before I source a new Long Sleeve supplier.
★ Rainbow sparkly hologram Hash Leaf Shirt.
Available in the usual Unisex sizes (Small – 3XL) – Poor Jennifer was swamped in this one!
Messing around with Bleach, Fabric Dye & Acrylic paints tomorrow…
